In the last 40 years, I have owned and managed 4 successful PT practices in 4 states. I have always wanted to help people regain their mobility and health. But it didn’t take long before I realized that I wanted to do more than just treat patients as a staff PT. I wanted to start and grow private practices.

Within 3 years of graduating with my degree in physical therapy, I had a burning desire to start my own PT practice. I opened my 1st practice in 1982. I rapidly found out that owning a private practice involved more than just treating patients. I had to learn how to do billing and collections, scheduling, marketing and most importantly identify, hire and retain valuable staff.

As a result of having 4 very successful practices with high performing teams, I realized that I had a passion for helping other PT business owners and their teams move to the next level of success. I know firsthand what it takes to convert practice management and staffing challenges into opportunities that allow you to get off the merry-go-round, out of the weeds and create the lifestyle you aspire to have using your specifically designed SUCCESS FORMULA.
